Credits, packs, and payments without surprises

How HyperFrames credits work, what a clip costs, the difference between a one-time pack and a subscription, and where to check your history.

Updated

Credits are a meter, not a second currency. The same balance buys different amounts of video depending on duration, resolution, speed, and inputs, so the useful question is always “what does this task cost?” — not “how many credits do I have?”

The credit cost is shown before every task

The Studio displays the selected model, duration, resolution, and exact credit cost before you submit. That number is the source of truth for that task. Marketing pages can summarize floor prices, but only the workspace knows the combination you picked.

Two floor prices are worth memorizing: a four-second 720p Fast video starts at 40 credits, and a fifteen-second default video is 150 credits.

One-time packs versus subscriptions

The entry point is a one-time $19.99 pack with 200 credits. It does not renew and is the lowest-commitment way to test the product. Larger one-time packs lower the price per credit.

Monthly and annual plans exist for repeat volume. Annual plans show a monthly equivalent, but the charge and the credit grant follow the plan terms on the pricing page. Read the interval and the credit amount, not only the headline number.

Welcome credits are for images

New accounts receive 20 welcome credits that cover image generation. Video is a paid operation. If a video button appears disabled or asks you to buy credits, that is expected, not a bug.

Where to see what you spent

The activity page lists tasks with status, provider, model, cost, prompt, and result. Open a task to see the exact credits consumed and whether it produced an output.

Billing history lives under settings. If a task failed before producing an output, check the task status first, then the refund policy, then contact support with the task ID.

Payments and failed charges

Checkout availability depends on your country and the payment provider. If a card is declined, try another provider shown at checkout rather than retrying the same card repeatedly.

A failed payment does not grant credits. If money left your account but the balance did not change, keep the receipt and the checkout reference and contact support; do not buy again in a panic.

FAQ

Do credits expire?

One-time packs are described on the pricing page with their terms. Check the plan or pack details before buying; do not assume a pack renews or expires.

Can I get a refund for a failed generation?

Read the refund policy linked in the footer. If a task failed before producing an output, include the task ID when you contact support so it can be checked quickly.

Why did the same prompt cost more the second time?

Duration, resolution, speed, and inputs all change the price. Compare the settings shown in the workspace, not only the prompt.
